Deroy & Jenna

Deroy Peraza and Jenna Shapiro have lived together at 395 Smith Street for six years. Deroy is a graphic designer whose studio, Hyperakt, is just down the block, and Jenna is a public school teacher.

We rent our loft periodically when we feel like doing a little traveling.
